Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at hello@wittywithscents.com and I will do my best to help with the issue you are having. I will always do my best to respond promptly.

Please note that we are a small business that makes everything in small batches by hand, therefore your candle or product may not be perfect in color or appearance and some changes to scent are expected among batches.  

We recommend purchasing a sample tin candle to experience the scent before committing to a full-size purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on candles or other products due to personal scent preferences.

I will refund or exchange a product only if received broken or damaged. I will need picture proof sent to hello@wittywithscents.com

Candle Care Tips

First burn instructions: Let the wax pool reach the edges to prevent tunneling. At least a minimum of 2 hours.

You may experience bumpy tops due to the natural state of the wax.

Safety tips: Never leave a candle unattended or burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

We use 100% coconut soy wax, a renewable and biodegradable resource, paired with lead-free cotton wicks for a clean, eco-conscious burn.

Our jars are also reusable and recyclable.
